Because of the exclusive and small-batch nature of our collections, all items are final sale.

This includes:

• Launch day purchases
• Preorder purchases
• Limited drops
• Sale items
• Pop-up purchases
• Promotional purchases

We do not offer:

• Refunds
• Exchanges
• Store credit
• Order cancellations
• Size swaps

Please review product descriptions, sizing, and details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact:

support@weekendsleepover.com

within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Damage claims submitted outside of 48 hours may not be eligible.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with Weekend Sleepover, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute based on:

• Final sale policy
• Shipping timelines
• Production delays
• Sizing dissatisfaction

If a chargeback is initiated in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to:

• Dispute the claim with your payment provider
• Provide documented proof of policy acknowledgment
• Refuse future service

• Are not eligible for cancellation

• Cannot be returned or exchanged
• Cannot be refunded due to timeline delays

Estimated shipping time: 12 weeks from purchase date.

Production timelines are estimates and may shift due to manufacturing, freight, customs, or supply chain factors.
